Cancellation: Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 4 weeks before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation fee, from 4 weeks, in the case of delayed arrival and premature departure we charge 70% of the amount of the invoice (the deposit is offset), in the event that there is no travel cancellation insurance!

Travel cancellation insurance: You never know... Before the start of the journey something may happen, with our cancellation insurance you are financially protected.
If you were to have a delayed start to your hotel stay or not arrive at all, or leave prematurely the cancellation fees would be passed on. To free you from cancellation fees in such cases we recommend that you take out our reasonably priced travel cancellation insurance. 
For only €3.00 per adult and holiday day booked the insurance covers all cancellation fees arising from illness, accident, pregnancy, death in the family or other serious reasons. The deposit will be credited for a later stay (within one year).
The protection offered will be automatically booked with your room reservation. If you do NOT want to take advantage of this reasonably-priced service, please inform us at the time of booking!
If there is no travel cancellation protection, in each case for cancellations 70% of the invoice amount will be invoiced.
