Hotel information & travel insurance
- Bed and breakfast: Deduction € 10.00 from the half-board price
- Meals or services not taken cannot be refunded!
- Smokers: Smoking is forbidden by law in all rooms, dining and common areas – for our smokers we have a separate, cosy “Smokers’ lounge“!
- Arrival and departure: Our rooms and suites are ready for occupancy from approx. 3 p.m. We would like to request you to please vacate the rooms and suites by 11 a.m. and to inform us if your arrival is expected to be later than 7 p.m.!
- On the day of arrival the Tyrol gourmet half-board starts at 1 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Late check out on the day of departure: Gourmet half-board and room (if available) until 6 p.m.: € 50,00/room.
- Special price reductions können pro Buchung nur einmal in Anspruch genommen werden. Es gilt stets das für Sie günstigste Angebot. Pauschalwochen ersuchen wir im Voraus zu buchen.
- We will be pleased to pick up guests arriving by train free of charge from the station in Vipiteno (Sterzing) or from the airport in Innsbruck or the station in Brenner against a small charge.
- Dogs and other pets: € 12.00 per day (without pet food). We reserve the right to charge for the cost of a potentially necessary end cleaning process (€ 30.00 – € 50.00). Pets are not allowed in the dining areas and wellness oasis - we apologise for any inconvenience!
- Deposits: When booking we request a deposit of € 200.00 per room / suite within 7 days! Only with this deposit your travel insurance is valid! Please don't forget to indicate the booking period and your reservation name!

- Cancellation: Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 4 weeks before arrival the deposit is retained as cancellation fee, from 4 weeks, in the case of delayed arrival and premature departure we charge 70% of the amount of the invoice (the deposit is offset), in the event that there is no travel cancellation insurance!
- Travel cancellation insurance: You never know... Before the start of the journey something may happen, with our cancellation insurance you are financially protected.
If you were to have a delayed start to your hotel stay or not arrive at all, or leave prematurely the cancellation fees would be passed on. To free you from cancellation fees in such cases we recommend that you take out our reasonably priced travel cancellation insurance.
For only €2.00 per adult and holiday day booked the insurance covers all cancellation fees arising from illness, accident, pregnancy, death in the family or other serious reasons. The deposit will be credited for a later stay (within one year).
The protection offered will be automatically booked with your room reservation. If you do NOT want to take advantage of this reasonably-priced service, please inform us at the time of booking!
If there is no travel cancellation protection, in each case for cancellations 70% of the invoice amount will be invoiced.
