Bed and breakfast
We deduct EUR 10.00 from the hotel price with Tyrol gourmet board for bed and breakfast bookings.
Any services not used cannot be reimbursed.
All rooms at the Alphotel Tyrol, the dining rooms and lounges are non-smoking in accordance with national law. However, our smokers have their own cosy smokers’ room!
Arrival and departure
The Tyrol gourmet board starts with a small lunch from the buffet and ends with breakfast. Our rooms and suites are ready for you from approx. 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival, your room at the Alphotel Tyrol is available to you until 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure. Please inform us by phone if you expect to arrive after 7.00 p.m.
Use of room until 6.00 p.m. including small lunch from buffet and use of the Alphotel Tyrol wellness complex: EUR 90 on request and depending on availability.
Price advantages can only be used once per booking. This always applies to the cheapest deal. We ask you to book package weeks in advance.
Anyone travelling by train and plane
We will be happy to pick you up free of charge from the train station in Vitipeno/Sterzing and for a fee from Innsbruck and Bolzano/Bozen airport or from Brennero/Brenner train station: shuttle service from 7.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m.
Well behaved dogs and pets
EUR 20.00 per day (without food)
We hope you understand that animals are not permitted to enter the dining rooms and the spa oasis. We reserve the right to charge for any possible final cleaning (EUR 30.00 - 50.00). Owners are responsible for damages caused by their pets.
We would like to point out that we at the Alphotel Tyrol are not liable for any property left behind. We ask you to inform us within 1 week of your departure if we should send the lost property to you. Postage is always paid on delivery.
The booking is binding with your written confirmation.
We ask for a deposit of 30% per room or suite. Please transfer this amount to the following account at the Raiffeisenkasse Wipptal bank:

Please do not forget to state the booking dates and name that the reservation has been made in when you transfer the amount. If the amount is to be transferred at very short notice we ask you to bring the payment receipt with you to the Alphotel Tyrol as it can take up to a week for the deposit to appear in the account.
Corona Special Cancellation Policy
#DontCancelPostpone and save tourism ❤
All bookings within the 24.04.2022 can be postponed or cancelled free of charge up to 48 houers before arrival, if you cannot reach us due to official restrictions on your vacation period because of Covid-19. For all other cases our normal cancellation conditions apply and therefore we additionally recommend that you take out the travel cancellation insurance described below.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation fees will be charged. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
Cancellation terms and conditions
Room cancellations are only accepted in writing at the Alphotel Tyrol.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers'Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- In the event of cancellation up to 3 month before the start of the holiday, we charge fixed fees of 200 €.
- When you cancel between 3 month and 1 month in advance of the scheduled start of your stay, we will charge you 40% of the total price of your reservation.
- When you cancel between 1 month and 6 days in advance of the scheduled start of your stay, we will charge you 80% of the total price of your reservation.
- When you cancel within the last 6 days in advance of the scheduled start of your stay, we will charge you 100% of the total price of your reservation.
- In cases of cancellation on the day of your arrival, late arrival, or premature departure, we charge 100% of the daily rate according to the reserved booking for the missed days, in accordance with Italian law pertaining to hotel reservations (deposit is offset).
In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out our advantageous cancellation insurance.
If you do not turn up for beauty appointments without cancelling them in good time (24 hours beforehand) we charge 80% of the treatment price.
Methods of payment
We accept payments in cash, by Visa or EC card at the Alphotel Tyrol. Please remember that cash payments are only allowed in Italy (for EU citizens) up to an amount of EUR 999.99 maximum.
